Shipping
Yes, we ship to US. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added. All import duties and taxes for US will be paid by the buyer.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
We use Canada Post and UPS currently. our teams are working to add more carriers.
Yes, we do offer free shipping and it depends on the order size. Send us a message and we will work out for you.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Kindly refer to Refund policy at the bottom of this page
Although we have strict quality measures yet it can happen during shipment a glove got damaged. Kindly send us back and we will be happy to send another similar pair.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac Bank Transfer.
Companies invoicing system are also supported. We will send invoice and then Wire transfer or alternative method of payment can be used to receive the payment
At the checkout you will be directed to Shopify payment system.
North Glove does not save and access any kind of payment details
Taxes are automatically calculated at the checkout and it is based on the destination postal code to determine the province tax
